Thailand 2023 salary guide: Executive, HR, finance, marketing, and more roles

Chief people officers, heads of HR, and HR directors with more than 15 years of experience could be earning an average of THB349,000 a month.

ManpowerGroup Thailand has released its 2023 salary guide for positions and occupations from a wide range of sectors.

The guide provides a benchmark for roles on a permanent, contract & temporary, and project basis. The benchmarks also detail the minimum, maximum, and average amounts.

The following are salary guides for several permanent roles across three different functions:
