SUTD's Jaclyn Lee completes Benefit Asia Interactive's speaker list

13 October 2014, SingaporeHuman Resources, the organiser of Benefits Asia Interactive 2014, Asia’s most strategic annual compensation & benefits (C&B) conference, is delighted to announce Jaclyn Lee, senior director, human resources and organisation development at Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), will complete the line-up of speakers for this week's conference.

“We are extremely pleased to have Jaclyn speaking at Benefits Asia this year,” said Rebecca Lewis, editor of Human Resources magazine. “She has more than 20 years of experience in the HR function across key regional roles managing diverse workforces, and I am very much looking forward to hearing her share her wealth of knowledge and insight on today's most pressing C&B concerns.”

As a keynote speaker, Lee will discuss crafting a compensation strategy for a multi-generational workforce.

“In today’s complex world, with an ageing population and young IT-savvy workers entering the workforce, C&B professionals will need to know differing strategies to rewards and retain this diverse group of talent,” said Lee.

Lee will address and explore issues such as future labour trends, the motivation factors of different generational groups, a total C&B strategy to recruit and retain a multi-generational workforce, and the development of a diverse C&B framework.

“Lee does not only have experience in managing large teams and heading up existing HR functions,” said Akankasha Dewan, conference producer on the event. “She also knows what it’s like to build a team up from scratch. In the last five years, she recruited the entire senior academic and senior management team at SUTD and put all the key HR systems and structures in place, managing the full spectrum of the HR function.”

Benefits Asia Interactive 2014 is the region’s best gathering of elite HR leaders overseeing the C&B function in their organisations. This year's event has gathered a star-studded cast of 19 senior C&B experts, including HR leaders from IBM, Deutsche Bank, MasterCard, Novartis, DFS, Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore and Hewlett-Packard.

Benefits Asia Interactive 2014 is being held this week, on October 15, at the Singapore Marriott Hotel.
