Jaya Dass, Managing Director of Randstad Singapore and Malaysia, commented: "The crisis has underscored the critical importance of a powerful employer brand to an organisation’s business growth and talent pipeline. As the economy makes a strong comeback in time to come, we hope that local employers will continue to foster meaningful relationships with their workers and strive to be the ‘people’s choice’ for work."

The survey also featured two sectoral winners:

  • Banking & financial services: DBS Bank
  • Manufacturing - electronics: Dyson

The winning employers have been determined by Randstad Singapore on the basis of perceived attractiveness from a pool of 75 commercial companies in Singapore (based on workforce size). This year, 3,003 locally-based employees and job seekers were surveyed in January.
