This comes following SIA Group's announcement in May, where employees were to receive a profit-sharing bonus after a record net profit achieved in the financial year.
Scoot, the budget arm of Singapore Airlines, has revealed a 4.91-month bonus for employees for FY24/25.
In a video posted on one of its Tiktok accounts, Scoot leaders were shown revealing the figure to a crowd of employees. The following caption accompanies the video: "THANK YOU to the Scoot fam for your hard work and dedication! This is for you."
No further details have been shared on the payout at the time of writing.
Earlier this month, Singapore Airlines Group announced a profit-sharing bonus equivalent to 7.45 months' salary, following a record net profit of S$2.78bn for the financial year ending 31 March 2025.
This was said to be a 3.9% increase from the previous year. The achievement includes a one-off non-cash accounting gain of S$1.1bn from the completion of the Air India-Vistara merger in November 2024, according to the SIA’s latest financial statement.
