Recognising Asia’s learning & development champions

The fluid nature of work and the labour force calls for a skilled and knowledgeable workforce that can exhibit flexibility and competence amid change.

The HR Excellence Awards, Asia’s only regional awards show dedicated to celebrating excellence in HR strategy, will honour organisations which have shown commitment to learning & development with evidence of exceptional work performance and return on investment.

According to Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources magazine, the Excellence in Training, Learning & Development Programmes Award centres on recognising efforts to achieve quality, tangible results from investing in professional development programmes.

"Organisations that soar in this area experience increased employee motivation, efficiencies in processes, better company image and financial gain," she said.
