Malaysia's ESD realigns Professional Visit Pass applications effective 1 September 2025

This realignment, based on decision agreed from the Ministry of Home Affairs and Immigration Department of Malaysia, aims to enhance the overall user experience whilst maintaining national security and compliance standards.

Effective 1 September 2025, the Immigration Department of Malaysia (ESD) will be realigning the current list of positions for Professional Visit Pass (PVP) applications in the ESD Online system.

This realignment, based on decision agreed from the Ministry of Home Affairs and Immigration Department of Malaysia aims to enhance the overall user experience whilst maintaining national security and compliance standards.

The updated list of positions are as follows:
