Inaugurating Workforce Mobility Interactive is Thiyagarajan Govindasamy, APAC director of HR at Danfoss Industries, with a take on the three types of mobility policies, and how they have evolved in Danfoss over the past 40 years.

He explains how Danfoss maintains employee potential on the Y axis, and employee performance on the X axis. Based on this, their developmental needs are determined, and whether they are able to lead regionally or global.
