DAY TWO

Next up we have two presenters taking the stage, with an inside look at the evolution of the flexible benefits programme at Digi Telecommunications. We have Animesh Mukherjee, who heads the HR centre of expertise, that designs and executes programmes including talent and leadership, learning, performance and rewards, employer brand, and more.

His colleague, Sulaxmi Prasad, Digi's head - rewards and analytics, has nearly 10 years of experience, mostly in the areas of rewards and performance, across India, Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia.

Today Animesh and Sulaxmi build a case for flexible benefits programme.
