Leaders want better user experience from new HR technology

When it comes to HR technology, human resources leaders have large expectations of a solid ROI for many things, but topping the list is to ensure any new technology and service delivery offers improved user experience.

This was the results of a recent study, which found this to be HR's biggest expected benefit of implementing new systems and processes.

And through improved user experience, organisations also expect user productivity, engagement and adoption to increase.

However, while user experience is a key factor for consideration, it is also one which remains highly subjective.

At HR Tech Interactive 2014, HR leaders and experts on HR technology will sit on a panel to discuss in detail their experiences and explorations with the process of testing, understanding and monitoring user experience and adoption in their organisations.

Additionally, hear more from HR professionals from companies such as Pitney Bowes, Pacnet, MasterCard, Barclays, Twitter and more over the full one-day conference, which includes keynote presentations, panels and interactive round-table discussions.
