Leaders from L’Oreal and McCann to speak at HR Leaders Summit

A first-rate leader knows that once the search for growth fades, everything else starts to decline: productivity, morale and business aspirations.

At this year’s HR Leaders Summit, Asia’s most prestigious event for senior HR executives, HR leaders from major companies in Asia such as L’Oreal and McCann Worldgroup will reveal the strategies they have designed to take decision-making processes, well-being and employee engagement to the next level.

The HR Leaders Summit is an ultra-exclusive, invitation-only conference for senior HR executives to be held at the Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa on the island of Phuket in southern Thailand on 16-18 May 2016.

"HR leadership can not be confined to the desk because today’s talent marketplace and workplace dynamics are plagued by many complexities," said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources magazine.

"HR Leaders Summit speakers will show why top-notch HR leaders are communicators, teachers, motivators and lifelong learners."

The HR Leaders Summit 2016 will explore the most critical challenges, trends and issues circling HR management and human capital strategy. Some of the event's speakers are listed below.
