HR Vendors of the Year jury welcomes new members

Deciding on the HR vendors with the most impressive services and cutting-edge solutions in Asia is a task given to individuals who have made incredible contributions to the industry.

This is why HR Vendors of the Year Awards, the only regional awards programme dedicated to recognising and celebrating the achievements of HR solutions providers, is proud to welcome esteemed HR leaders from arvato Systems, Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, Edrington and Johnson & Johnson as part of this year’s jury.

Organised by Human Resources, the HR Vendors of the Year ceremony will take place in Singapore on 24 November, in Malaysia on 29 November, and in Hong Kong on 1 December.

“The HR Vendors of the Year Awards aims to highlight the workings behind every great accomplishment,” said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources magazine.

“This means the judges will look into not only the impact of an output on an organisation but also its creativity, efficiency, and uniqueness.”

Some of the judges joining the HR Vendors of the Year 2016 jury are:

A well-rounded HR practitioner with over 14 years of experience, Chloe Gan has been exposed to various industries including IT, retail and pharmaceuticals. As the human resources director at arvato Systems, Gan is not only focused on the bottom line to execute HR strategies, but also ensures these are aligned to the business’ goals and objectives. Developing people development programmes is Ilja Rijnen’s focus. As regional HR director for APAC and India at Edrington, Rijnen manages the design and programme delivery from Singapore, while working with the global HR team to implement its 2020 HR strategy globally. He also works with the regional senior leadership team to develop a strong people culture within the organisation.

With over 20 years of experience in HR in various industries, Sharon Foo has been successful in delivering enterprise leadership within businesses and HR through the right HR strategy in support of the business goals.
