HR Practitioner Appointments

Janis Neo is HR director at Fox Networks GroupJanis Neo has resumed her career in HR after a two-year break, having been appointed HR director at Fox Networks Group in November 2015, based in Singapore. She has previously worked with Yahoo Southeast Asia as HR manager, and in other roles with the firm from 2008-2013.

Shiseido welcomes new talent acquisition managerBernard Ng will manage talent acquisition activities across all divisions of Shiseido Hong Kong in his new role as senior manager, talent acquisition. His previous role was as senior regional recruitment consultant at Telstra, and he has also worked at ASTRI.

Shakira Pathmarajah joins P1 as recruitment specialistPathmarajah has moved to Packet One Networks (P1) as recruitment specialist, after a two-year stint at Sapura Kencana Petroleum. In this role, she moves from Kuala Lumpur to Selangor, and will design, develop and maintain the recruitment process for the organisation.

Joyeeta Chatterjee leads HR for OLX,  South AsiaOnline marketplace OLX brought on board its new chief of HR for South Asia, Joyeeta Chatterjee in January this year, based in Gurgaon. She brings more than 20 years of HR experience, having previously worked with Sun Pharma, Jubilant Life Sciences, and Bharti Airtel, among others.

Mohd Azrul Hisham Ramlan to head HR at Skve HoldingsIn his role as HR manager, Azrul will lead the HR and administration department at construction firm Skve Holdings, based in Selangor. He joins from Opcom Cables, where he was assistant manager for HR and administration, and has also previously worked with Johnson Controls and Toshiba.

HR Solutions Provider Appointments

Promotion and new appointment at TBC HR Consulting - Evan Tan and Amy LiuPreviously the senior recruitment consultant, Evan Tan has been appointed assistant team lead at TBC HR Consulting, with his focus in the logistics industry. Tan is based in Singapore, and has been with the firm for seven years.

Meanwhile, Amy Liu, previously a recruitment consultant with ManpowerGroup, has been appointed by TBC HR Consulting in the role of a senior recruitment consultant. Her mandate includes a hybrid of temporary, contract as well as permanent roles this year, based in Singapore.

Vikas Verma to lead performance & talent consulting at Aon HewittAfter nearly five years leading the selection and assessment portfolio as director at Aon Hewitt in Gurgaon, Verma was promoted to head of performance and talent consulting towards end 2015. He now relocates to Singapore and will report to Jeremy Andrulis, CEO of Southeast Asia at Aon Hewitt.

Ryan Rajan moves up the ranks at KellyOCGAfter eight months at KellyOCG as senior sourcing specialist, Ryan Rajan is now sourcing lead with effect from January 2016. Rajan has more than six years of experience in the recruitment business, specialising  in oil and gas recruitment, and is based in Kuala Lumpur.

Kelly Services' new consulting manager is Rino SyafariRino Syafari, who has been with Kelly Services since 2010, has been promoted from recruitment program manager to consulting manager of corporate accounts global and VADS, continuing to be based in Kuala Lumpur. He has past experience with Intelek Recruitment Agency and Malaysia Airlines.

Ascender has a new business development manager for APACMirza Abdullah has joined HR and payroll advisory outsourcing firm, Ascender as business development manager for the Asia Pacific region, based in Malaysia. In this role, he will look at building strong relationships with clients and expand the business.

Lithan recruits Derek Yang as BD managerDerek Yang has joined online learning firm Lithan in the capacity of business development manager, based in Singapore. He has previously the senior consultant of learning and development at SMF Centre for Corporate Learning.
