Man brings with her 20 years of experience in the HR industry, as well as an MBA and a degree in learning and organisational change. Most recently, she was senior director of talent management at McDonald's, where she joined in 2009. She continues to be based in Hong Kong.
Sonali Satpathy expands her role at Schneider Electric As of May 2017, Sonali Satpathy is VP diversity & inclusion at Scheider Electric. She will fulfill her new role in the company on top of her current position as talent management director.
Satpathy joined Schneider Electric in 2010 as global hr internal communication director and has worked her way up the ranks. She holds a degree in economics and as well as an MBA.
