Lighthouse Canton engages Charu Sheel Kunwar as Head of HRInvestment management firm Lighthouse Canton has appointed Charu Sheel Kunwar as Director and Head of Human Resources, based in Singapore. In this role, her priority is to align the people agenda in line with strategic business goals. She is also looking to implement an agile HR management system to improve execution and bring value to the business, as told to Human Resources.

She moves over from ICube Consortium where she was Client Partner - Human Capital Management, helping clients set-up and transform their people operations/HR function. She has worked extensively with globally diverse teams through her career, which has included tenures at Birlasoft, Genpact, GE Capital, and more.


HR solutions providers appointments

Randstad calls on Jaya Dass to take on new roleRecruitment agency Randstad has elevated Jaya Dass to the role of Managing Director - Malaysia and Singapore, up from her previous role as Country Director, Randstad Singapore. Based in Singapore, Dass has been with Randstad since 2008, when she joined as Executive Manager and has since risen up the ranks. Prior to joining Randstad, she has over 15 years of varied experience in both regional and local companies focusing on business development and human resources.
