HR job moves from Dyson, Software AG, and more

HR practitioner appointments

Dyson appoints Jon-paul Pritchard Global Lead, Talent AcquisitionBased in Singapore, Jon-paul Pritchard is now Global Lead, Talent Acquisition at British technology company Dyson, focusing on the engineering, manufacturing, research, and operations communities. He has previously taken on high profile roles in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia and most recently in Asia Pacific, from executive search to board consulting and most recently internal executive talent and strategy. He was most recently Talent Acquisition Head at Toll Group.

Kingley Lim is now Senior Talent Partner at JUUL LabsElectronic cigarette company JUUL Labs has welcomed Kingley Lim as Senior Talent Partner. He moves from his role as HR Business Partner at CFLD International. Kingley has close to 10 years of professional experience in both human resources and financial services consulting, as well as agency and in-house experiences in talent acquisition, talent management, campus recruitment, employer branding, and business partnering. He is based in Singapore.


HR solutions provider appointments

Tessa Lowe takes on new role within Robert HalfHong Kong-based Tessa Lowe, formerly Division Director at Robert Half, is now the employment agency's Head of Talent Acquisition, Asia. Lowe has been with the company since 2015, starting as Senior Consultant and moving up to Senior Resource Manager - Management Resources.She has also previously worked in Thomson Reuters as Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Randstad Hong Kong as Manager - Assessment Centre & Special Projects.

Software AG appoints Anneliese Schulz as President for Asia Pacific and JapanThe enterprise software provider has appointed Anneliese Schulz (pictured) as Regional President for Software AG Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ), – a step up from Schulz’s previous role as Vice President of Software AG Asia. The youngest regional president in Software AG’s history, Schulz will be succeeding Mike Saxton, who has recently been appointed to Global Head of Alliances and Channel.

 

In her new role, Schulz will be responsible for spearheading business operations, expanding the partner ecosystem, and driving growth and revenue across the region. Based in Singapore, she will report to John Schweitzer, Software AG’s Chief Customer Officer. Meanwhile, Marco Warrens, President, Software AG Japan and Stuart Rees, VP for Software AG ANZ will be reporting to Schulz.

"My key thrust is to drive the alignment of IT and business requirements, while streamlining the implementation of services such as IoT through better customer engagement across the region,” said Schulz.
