How Singapore employers can tap into government support schemes administered by SNEF to develop flexible, inclusive, and healthy workplaces

Government support schemes, administered by SNEF, can enable businesses to develop their workplaces and workforce.

This article is brought to you by Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF).

In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, the ability to attract and retain talent by having a flexible, inclusive, and healthy workplace is crucial.

SNEF’s Centre for Workplace Development administers a number of government-funded programmes to support employers in developing their workplaces.

One of these is the New Part-Time Re-Employment Grant which provides up to S$125,000 in financial support to employers who offer part-time re-employment, flexible work arrangements (FWAs), and structured career planning (SCP) to senior workers. This grant opens up new possibilities for flexible work options, keeping senior talent motivated and encouraging them to remain in the workforce.

Employers can also experience the benefits of a healthier, more productive, and engaged workforce with our Workplace Outreach Wellness (WOW) Programme. As an exclusive offering by the Health Promotion Board, this programme supports employers in achieving workplace wellness goals. With a variety of workplace health promotion offerings, the WOW Programme is co-funded based on the employer’s specific needs and requirements, bringing the services directly to the employer’s workplace.

SNEF offers a comprehensive suite of programmes and services aimed at helping employers to make their workplaces better. CWD focuses on promoting flexible, inclusive and healthy workplaces. By facilitating various government support schemes, SNEF provides a one-stop solution for employers seeking assistance in developing their workplaces to meet these objectives.
