Talent Management Asia, the region’s premier human capital strategy conference, will deliver in-depth analysis and comprehensive discussions through the brilliance of top HR practitioners from major employers across Asia. Talent Management Asia 2017 is a two-day conference happening in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Manila in March 2017. The annual event is attended by chief talent officers and senior HR professionals from the biggest companies in Asia.

Muniandy Maruthiah’s mission as regional HR lead at Dell is to cultivate strategies that strengthen the company’s vision, transformation and continued growth. Apart from his extensive experience in marketing communications, customer care, learning and development, his exposure to HR generalist and specialist functions in the electronics and telecommunications industries made him a well-rounded practitioner. Maruthiah obtained his master’s in business administration from Federation University, Australia; masters in arts from University Science Malaysia and a Post Graduate Degree in Management from Cranfield University, UK.
Before Arturo Poire was appointed vice president and head of human resources at Ericsson in early 2016, he served as the global head of talent management for Ericsson in Sweden. Prior to joining Ericsson in 2012, Poire worked at Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC) as the global head of talent management. He also spent 12 years with Citigroup, performing human resources, staffing and talent management roles and projects globally. Poire holds a degree in sociology from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina), and a master of business administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
As general manager for corporate and talent development at New World Development, Teddy Liu manages three core teams: corporate development for planning, promoting and managing corporate change initiatives, talent training and development as well as internal audit. Having worked with New World Group for over 20 years, Liu has been immersed in various business management and corporate controllership functions. Liu holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and an MBA degree from The University of Hong Kong.
Previous Talent Management Asia participants were Fortune 500 companies and major employers across the region, such as CapitaLand, Coca-Cola, Facebook, Fox International, MasterCard, Mitsubishi, Singapore Airlines, Standard & Poor’s, The Nielsen Company, and Unilever.
