How attractive are you as a boss?

Based on an analysis of billions of online interactions, LinkedIn has compiled a list of the world’s most in-demand employers for 2013.

Once again claiming the coveted first and second spots were Google and Apple, while Unilever replaced Microsoft in third position.

Microsoft fell to fifth place this year and Procter & Gamble came in fourth, climbing four spots from last year.

The list includes 100 companies from three sectors, namely retail and consumer products, oil and energy, and technology software.

In order to rank the companies, LinkedIn compared over 25 billion data points with thousands of member surveys, while also taking into consideration member actions such as viewing employee profiles, the visiting and following of company pages.

Here are the top 10 companies on the list:
