Happiness around the world

Across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and elsewhere in the region, employees are constantly complaining they are unhappy.

Sometimes it's to do with not earning enough money, other times it's about working really long hours. More often than not, employee unhappiness also stems from having a bad boss.

But what about everyone else around the world? How happy are they? Do we really have it bad where we are or, when put in context of the globe, is life actually pretty good?

This infographic from MoveHub shows that, interestingly, some of the happiest places are countries like Costa Rica, Vietnam and Colombia, while the unhappiest nations include Russia and the UAE.

The United Kingdom, Australia and the United States - wealthy, developed nations - don't even make it into the top 40.

An interesting map from MoveHub reveals how happy people are around the world.
