Central Retail Corporation, BJC Big C, and SCB X emerged as some of the judges' top ranked employers for excellence in their HR practices.
Central Retail Corporation has once again risen to the top, earning the coveted Overall Winner title at the HR Excellence Awards 2025, Thailand. The company’s remarkable achievements were recognised with seven gold, six silver, and one bronze trophies, cementing its status as a pioneer in people strategies.
The awards gala, held at the Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse on 3 October 2025, brought together Thailand’s most forward-thinking organisations.
Among the other notable achievers were SCB X, BJC Big C, B.Grimm, Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients, and CIMB Thai Bank, each recognised for setting new benchmarks in human resources.
Celebrating its fifth edition, the HR Excellence Awards Thailand expanded this year with two new categories, shining a spotlight on companies excelling in gig workforce management and inter-generational mentorship programmes.
