EmployeeConnect, Oracle, PageUp showcase solutions at HR Tech

Asia Pacific – Top software providers EmployeeConnect, Oracle and PageUp are all set to join the year's most important dialogue in HR technology as sponsors of HR Tech Interactive, Asia’s only regional conference dedicated to technology innovation in human resources management.

This invitation-only forum will take place in Hong Kong, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur on October this year.

"EmployeeConnect, Oracle and PageUp are living up to their commitment of staying connected with thought leaders and professionals in the HR industry to share up-to-date insights and broaden their market orientation," said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources.

"When they signed up as sponsors of HR Tech Interactive, we knew they would add to the discussion on HR technology in Asia."

HR Tech Interactive 2015 will unite front-runners on the HR technology landscape, including senior HR professionals from large companies and government departments, to discuss what research shows as the most pressing issues for HR professionals in Asia today.

As event sponsors, Oracle, EmployeeConnect and PageUp will complete the spectrum by demonstrating their expertise and leading-edge solutions.

With more than 18 years experience in HRIT, Kenneth Holt, EmployeeConnect's director for Hong Kong & Greater China, will recall his extensive experience in implementing large scale HRIS projects.

Prior to joining EmployeeConnect, Holt worked with HR information systems vendors, such as PeopleSoft, Rebus and Buck Consultants.

Andrew Lafontaine, senior director for HCM strategy & transformation at Oracle Corporation, will deliver a keynote presentation on the impact of HR transformation in businesses today.

He will share his discoveries on exploring and identifying emerging trends in human resources as well as in developing industry-leading technology solutions. Before joining Oracle, Lafontaine held HR senior executive positions at ANZ Bank, NAB & Telstra.

Carl Kimball, regional vice president at PageUp, will present a case study on the use of new and global HR technology and impart best practices on integrating new HR technology into organisations.

His expertise is in human capital management and international business growth. In his current role, Kimball leads the expansion of PageUp in Asia, introducing the company’s cloud-based unified talent management solutions to new markets.

In addition to EmployeeConnect, Oracle and PageUp, some of the other companies represented on the HR Tech Interactive agenda are Merck, Kimberly-Clark, Credit Suisse, OshKosh, and many more.

All presenters & panellists, such as Freddie Chow, chief talent officer, Asia Pacific at Sanofi, are director or vice president level HR professionals with regional responsibility.

To be held in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Hong Kong in October, HR Tech Interactive is Asia’s only regional conference on HR technology strategy.

Attendance to the one-day annual event is strictly by invitation only with invitations reserved for the senior in-house HR professionals. Attendance is capped at 100 delegates.

While the theme of HR Tech Interactive 2015 is the role of technology in organizational change, the topics the conference will focus on are: big data talent analytics, mobility for HR professionals, cloud-based people management, social media and collaboration, and next-generation recruitment tools.

To get a global and Pan-Asian regional view of HR technology strategy, do not miss HR Tech Interactive 2015.

Human Resources’ “Interactive-style” conference format is a unique blend of case study presentations, panel discussions and roundtable discussions in which delegates work through five topic areas in a single day – an experience described by attendees as eight hours of intense peer learning.
