Micron Technology, Mondelēz International (Southeast Asia), and Borouge were among the top contenders who wowed the jury members with their exceptional HR strategies.
Micron Technology lit up the stage at the HR Excellence Awards 2025, Singapore, taking home the prestigious Overall HREA Winner crown after an outstanding performance that saw the global semiconductor powerhouse sweep six gold, two silver, and one bronze trophy.
The night shimmered with celebration as Micron joined fellow industry leaders and HR visionaries at a dazzling gala held at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, on 24 October 2025 (Friday).
This 13th editon of the HR Excellence Awards in Singapore marks its largest and most competitive edition yet, spotlighting remarkable achievements across 43 enterable categories.
Reflecting the evolving priorities of Singapore’s workforce, this year’s awards also introduced three new categories:
- Excellence in Championing Women Leaders,
- Excellence in Mature Workforce Empowerment, and
- Excellence in Progressive Wage Practices.
These additions recognise organisations that are driving forward a more inclusive, equitable, and future-ready workforce – from empowering women to lead with impact, to valuing the experience of mature employees, and advancing fair, sustainable wage growth in alignment with national labour strategies.

This year’s entries were evaluated by an esteemed panel of HR leaders representing a diverse range of industries and companies, including Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), CIMB Singapore, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, Grey Global (WPP), National University of Singapore, and Parkway College (IHH Healthcare) among others.
