CCL joins Human Resources Excellence Awards

The Center for Creative Leadership has joined the Human Resources Excellence Awards Singapore as the official sponsor for the Excellence in Leadership Development award.

The Excellence in Leadership Development category - one of 18 at the inaugural awards - will recognise organisations focusing on cultivating leaders from within. Entrants must provide a leadership development plan, details of training processes and examples of support provided to help potential leaders transition to management positions, to enter.

This award fits perfectly with the goals of CCL, a global provider of executive education, which accelerates strategy and business results by unlocking the leadership potential of individuals and organisations.

Founded in 1970, CCL offers an array of research-based programmes, products and services for leaders at all levels. It is ranked among the world's top 10 providers of executive education by Bloomberg BusinessWeek and the Financial Times.

Sureish Nathan, vice president for APAC and managing director of CCL, shares: "Through CCL's singular focus in advancing the practice and understanding of leadership development, we have the privilege of working with organisations worldwide on their leadership challenges.

"The Excellence in Leadership Development award recognises the rigor and commitment an organisation puts into cultivating their leaders from within. This award is the pinnacle of recognition, which CCL shares with the winning organisation for developing better leaders."
