CARSOME, Southeast Asia’s largest integrated car e-commerce platform, has appointed Darwinbox as its strategic Human Resources (HR) technology partner, marking a significant step in its digital transformation journey. With this move, CARSOME is set to reimagine its people operations across four countries —Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand, serving over 3,000 employees with an AI-powered Human Capital Management (HCM) suite that includes a modern, native, and regionally unified payroll solution.
This partnership arrives at a milestone moment for both companies as they crossed their 10-year anniversaries — an alignment of shared values, tech-first DNA, and bold visions of building from Asia for the World. CARSOME's implementation follows a deliberate, phased approach designed to build a strong operational foundation before expanding across the employee lifecycle. In October 2025, CARSOME went live with the Core HCM suite, covering attendance, leave, expenses, and employee data.
Building on that foundation, February 2026 saw the rollout of the employee lifecycle modules, including onboarding, performance, and recruitment, extending Darwinbox's reach across the talent journey. This structured approach has already delivered measurable impact, with CARSOME winning a gold medal for HCM Innovation and Implementation at a prestigious award ceremony.
