Pos Malaysia launches 'FIT' employee wellbeing programme

"FIT is a comprehensive wellbeing programme offering our employees easy and ‘always-on’ access to physical and mental health support,” Group CEO Charles Brewer shares.

Pos Malaysia has launched an employee wellbeing initiative, FIT – a programme delivered via its employee engagement mobile platform on Monday (10 June 2024). The programme is anticipated to offer employees easy and ‘always-on’ access to physical and mental health support.

The 'FIT' initiative aims for Pos Malaysia to instil a safe environment where teams can flourish through a nurturing and supportive work environment that prioritises physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of workers. 

Charles Brewer, Group Chief Executive Officer, Pos Malaysia commented on the initiative, developed in collaboration with Naluri: "Employee engagement and wellbeing, when brought together, create a high-performance employee environment in which the two inform and build on one another."

Affirming the organisation is committed to creating a healthy and supportive work environment, where "Pos Wiras" feel motivated, engaged and safe, he added: "Because we are accelerating our investment in our employees’ health and wellbeing we will see numerous measurable benefits, from higher productivity and improved financials to lower turnover and fewer safety incidents.”
