Up the ranks: Sabrina Ng's role as HR Director for Asia at Wyndham Destinations

Based in Singapore at the Group's regional HQ, she covers a remit including Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, and China.

Sabrina Ng has taken up the role as Human Resources Director for Asia at membership and leisure travel company Wyndham Destinations.

Based in the group's regional headquarters in Singapore, Ng joins Wyndham Destinations from her previous position as Director for People Operations & Talent with the Omnicom Media Group in Singapore. She also previously held the title of Senior HR Manager for ad tech company CtrlShift, where she designed and implemented HR policies across five countries in Southeast Asia.

During her time with the Omnicom Media Group, Ng led the HR team covering Singapore and Malaysia across three different brands. She was credited with developing and implementing the HR strategy in synchronising policies, talent acquisition, retention and employee development.

Bruce Harkness, Senior Vice President for Human Resources, Brand Communications & Customer Experience, Wyndham Destinations, commented: “Sabrina is a great addition to our team as we continuously expand in Asia. With her strong focus on employee engagement, I am confident she has the skills and experience needed to help us grow our business. She also understands the impact that fostering a great organisational culture can have on both retention and recruitment."

Across the Asia Pacific region, Wyndham Destinations, a business unit of Travel + Leisure Co., oversees approximately 70 vacation ownership, mixed-use and pure-play hotel properties, and develops and markets three vacation ownership clubs: Club Wyndham Asia, Club Wyndham South Pacific, and Innovative Holiday Club by Club Wyndham.
