Up the ranks: Martin Cerullo leads talent and engagement at The Dairy Farm Group

After more than eight years with HR consulting firm Alexander Mann Solutions, Martin Cerullo moves to The Dairy Farm Group as group talent and engagement director, effective August 2015.

He was previously managing director of APAC consulting, and director of global brand and marketing at Alexander Mann Solutions.

Cerullo will report directly to the group HR director and will focus on deepening and strengthening the group’s talent and functional capabilities to support sustainable business growth.

His team will be responsible for defining the group’s strategic direction for talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, organisation design, workforce planning and employee engagement.

Cerullo takes over from Andrew McGregor, who has moved on to KineticHR as its managing director, continuing to be based in Hong Kong.
