Pallavi joins Electrolux after spending nearly a decade at Honeywell, where she was most recently Senior Director HR for APAC.
Electrolux Group has appointed Pallavi Mishra (pictured above) as Vice President, HR & Communications for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, effective 1 September 2026.
Based in Bangkok, Pallavi will join the company's APAC leadership team and lead its people and culture agenda across the region.
She joins Electrolux after spending nearly a decade at Honeywell, where she most recently served as Senior Director HR for APAC based in Kuala Lumpur. In that role, she supported the region's growth through talent strategy, organisational transformation, workforce planning, and people capability.
Before her latest appointment, Pallavi held several HR leadership roles at Honeywell, including Senior Director Human Resources for ASEAN and Human Resources Director, Corporate, APAC. She began her tenure with the company in 2017 as Head of Business HR for its Aerospace Engineering division in India before moving into broader regional leadership positions.
Earlier in her career, she held HR roles at Hewlett Packard, Fidelity, Xerox International, and Tata Power, building experience across technology, financial services, engineering, and industrial sectors; as well as across the region.
In her LinkedIn post marking her departure from Honeywell, Pallavi described her time at the company as an "incredible journey" and thanked colleagues across the region for the opportunities, learnings and support she received over the years.
Electrolux, meanwhile, said Pallavi's experience working across diverse markets and cultures would support the company's regional people strategy. In announcing her appointment, the company highlighted her focus on inclusive workplaces, ethical leadership, and building cultures rooted in trust and accountability.
