"I'm confident she will be a strong partner as we continue strengthening the leadership bench, organisational capability, and culture Danaher needs for our next chapter," said Julie Sawyer Montgomery, CEO Designate.
Danaher, a global life sciences and diagnostics innovator, has appointed Heathre Moler (pictured above) as its next Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective 1 October 2026.
Based in Washington, D.C., United States, Moler currently serves as Group Vice President of Human Resources for Danaher Diagnostics, a global group of science and technology companies providing products, services, and software to support patient health and diagnostic confidence.
She joined Danaher in 2013 and has since held a series of HR leadership roles across its businesses. These include Vice President of Human Resources for the Water Quality Platform, as well as HR leadership positions at Hach, ChemTreat, and Thomson Industries.
Prior to her current role at Danaher Diagnostics, Moler led HR for Danaher’s Water Quality Platform from January 2022 to April 2023. She previously served as Vice President of HR at Hach and ChemTreat, and began her Danaher career as Vice President of HR at Thomson Industries.
Before joining Danaher, she spent more than 11 years at ETS-Lindgren, where she progressed from Human Resources Manager to Global Director of Human Resources. Her earlier career experience also includes HR roles at NTE, Inc. and Pitney Bowes Software Systems.
Commenting on the appointment, Julie Sawyer Montgomery, CEO Designate, said Moler was an "enterprise-minded leader" who understands how talent, culture, leadership, and the Danaher Business System connect to business performance.
"I'm confident she will be a strong partner as we continue strengthening the leadership bench, organisational capability and culture Danaher needs for our next chapter," she added.
Sharing her own thoughts on LinkedIn, Moler said she was honoured to step into the role, adding: "Thank you to [outgoing CHRO] Georgeann Couchara for the strong foundation she leaves behind, and to the many leaders and teams across Danaher who have shaped my journey along the way."
Moler will work closely with Couchara in the coming weeks to support continuity for the company’s people agenda and priorities.
