Up the ranks: Bhuvaneswar Naik helms HR for Lentra

He brings 25 years of experience in managing the HR function at technology organisations, such as SAP, Capgemini, and Yahoo.

Pune-headquartered lending technology platform Lentra has made two key leadership appointments, with Bhuvaneswar Naik (pictured above) joining as CHRO, and Haribandhu Patra being appointed as CFO.

In his role as CHRO, Nair, will focus on human capital management while creating a high-performance culture. He brings 25 years of experience in managing the HR function at technology organisations, such as SAP, Capgemini, and Yahoo. Immediately prior, he was Co-Founder and COO at secure messaging service Deskfactors.

Talking about the appointments, Shrihari Gokhale, COO, Lentra said: "Hari and Bhuvan are industry veterans who have scaled many global technology organisations. Their track records of consistent results and dynamic leadership will solidify our position for long-term success."

Naik also commented: "Today, it has become extremely crucial for businesses to foster a healthy and supportive relationship with its employees." As such, his objective will be to guide the company’s cultural evolution and attract and retain high-performing talent.

Meanwhile, CFO appointee Patra said: "As Lentra embarks upon the next phase of the growth journey, delivering value to all our stakeholders, including associates, clients, and shareholders along with the company’s financial wellness and regulatory compliance will be the key focus area for me."

In his previous stint, Patra has spent 10 years as the CFO & COO of Fiserv India, where he focused on functional areas of finance, taxation, legal and general administration.
