In this new role, Ghosh will focus on strengthening leadership depth and aligning people decisions with business growth across Asia.
Avik Ghosh has been appointed HR Head – Asia at Keva – Fragrances, Flavours & Aroma Ingredients, effective January 2026. Based in Singapore, he now oversees HR across the company’s Asia operations, with a primary focus on India and other key growth markets, and reports directly to the Group CEO.
Prior to this appointment, Ghosh was Executive Director – People, Strategy & Enablement at Anvil Energy.
In his new role, Ghosh tells HRO, that his top priority for the year ahead will be to strengthen the linkage between business strategy and people decisions – ensuring Keva has the leadership depth, capability, and operating rhythm required to support growth, innovation, and execution across markets. He is also looking to address what he calls one of the most pressing talent challenges across Asia: building and sustaining critical capabilities in an increasingly competitive talent market. This challenge is further shaped by rapid changes in technology, evolving customer expectations, and shifting ways of working, particularly for organisations operating across diverse markets and cultures.
To that effect, Ghosh's focus at Keva will be on strengthening leadership effectiveness, evolving the talent and performance framework, and supporting organisational design as the business scales.
"The intent is to keep HR practical, business-anchored, and impact-oriented rather than process-heavy," he says.
