Allianz Technology (Thailand) was crowned the Overall HREA Winner of the night.
18 August 2023 (Friday) was truly a night of celebration and excitement as we unveiled the winners and finalists of the HR Excellence Awards 2023, Thailand!
In its third edition, the Awards were given out across 35 categories, recognising organisations in that have displayed innovative employee management strategies and robust human capital planning. Encompassing recruitment, employee engagement, leadership development, retention, and more, the awards sought to celebrate new and improved standards for effective human resources practices.
Three new categories were given out:
- Excellence in Employee Volunteerism,
- Excellence in Hybrid Working, and
- Excellence in In-house Talent Pipeline Strategy.
