The latest annual talent-shortage survey has revealed the country’s most wanted workers.

The 8^th Talent Shortage Survey released by Manpower Singapore found 47% of employers in Singapore are experiencing difficulties finding staff with the right skills.

Global results show 35% of employers worldwide are reporting shortages – the highest level since before the global economic crisis – prompting 54% of Singaporean bosses to indicate they should re-look at their work models.

Here are the hardest jobs to fill in Singapore, listed from most to least difficult.
