Human Resources Online’s highly-regarded annual C&B conference, Employee Benefits Asia, has been rebranded to Total Rewards Asia Summit, and the two-day event will take place on 14-15 May 2020 in Sofitel Damansara, Malaysia and 20-21 May in Shangri-La, Singapore.
“Total Rewards Asia Summit will go beyond the traditional focus on compensation and benefits to bring you the most comprehensive total rewards experience to discuss and debate your organisation's needs in the ever-evolving landscape” said Aditi Sharma Kalra, Regional Editor of Human Resources Online.
This two-day conference will gather leading total rewards strategists, C&B heads, innovative employee benefits solution providers and more who are constantly searching to improve the employee experience for existing and potential talent.
According to a 2019 salary guide, 60% of employees looking for a new job quoted “salary/benefit package” as the reason why, making it the leading factor why employees choose to change jobs. But evidently, the monetary compensation makes up just one part of the rewards package, and it is ultimately the overall employee experience that allows staff to stay loyal or jump ship.
Join us as we discuss new trends in HR and reward practices to curb such engagement and retention issues. There will be tried-and-tested rapidfire case studies, panel discussions and keynote presentations delivered by speakers across the region from top notch companies focusing on the following themes:
- Formulating progressive total rewards trends
- Optimising your employee healthcare practices
- Total rewards for a diverse workforce
- Ensuring value in your total rewards strategy
- Retaining employees through effective compensation
