Singaporean households can now claim S$500 CDC vouchers: What you need to know

As announced in Parliament in April, the disbursement has been brought forward form January 2027 to this month, to give Singaporeans earlier support in managing rising costs and global uncertainties.

All Singaporean households will be able to claim their S$500 CDC Vouchers from Thursday (11 June 2026), after the Government brought forward the disbursement from its original January 2027 timeline.

Prime Minister Lawrence Wong had announced S$800 worth of CDC vouchers during his Budget speech in February 2026. Of this, S$300 was to be disbursed in January 2026, while the remaining S$500 was initially scheduled for January 2027.

In April 2026, Senior Minister of State for Finance Jeffrey Siow subsequently announced that the S$500 disbursement would be brought forward from the original January 2027 timeline to June 2026 to provide Singaporeans with earlier support to manage rising costs and global uncertainties.

The CDC Vouchers 2026 (June) will be valid until 31 Dec 2027.

The S$500 in CDC vouchers will be allocated equally, with $250 for use at participating heartland merchants and hawkers, and $250 for use at participating supermarkets.

In a Facebook post, PM Wong shared his hopes that the new tranche of S$500 CDC Vouchers "provides some help with your household expenses."

Other support measures, such as the U-Save and Service & Conservancy Charges (S&CC) rebates in April 2026, and Corporate Income Tax rebate were covered in our earlier reporting. Check them out as an #ICYMI.
