Pioneering HR excellence: Winners of Thailand's inaugural Employee Experience Awards 2024

Bringing home awards in the four pillars of leadership, learning, engagement, and talent acquisition were Thai Beverage, DKSH Thailand, and Big C Supercenter.

Thai Beverage emerged triumphant as the Employee Experience Champion of the Year at the inaugural Employee Experience Awards in Thailand, after securing seven gold, one silver, and one bronze trophies.

This achievement was announced during a grand gala, celebrating all winners and finalists, at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok on Friday, 15 March 2024.

The awards showcased a curated array of 35 enterable categories, marking the beginning of a promising journey. Following in the footsteps of its predecessors in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, the Employee Experience Awards Thailand is founded on four pillars: leadership, learning, engagement, and talent acquisition, epitomising the essence of comprehensive HR excellence.

Spanning domains such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, retention strategies, and beyond, these awards aim to honour the establishment of elevated standards for effective employee experience initiatives.

The awards were evaluated by a panel of accomplished HR leaders. This year, the panel included senior HR professionals from brands such AMAN Nai Lert Bangkok, Asset Wise, B.Grimm Power, Banpu Next Company, BevChain Logistics, CP Axtra, Dextra Group, DKSH Thailand and more.
