Dentsu Aegis Network has appointed a new management structure in Singapore, in line with its operating model of one P&L per country. The changes complete its process of creating a unified management structure across all APAC markets.
The CEO of Dentsu Singapore, Rosalynn Tay, has taken on the newly-created position of CEO for Dentsu Aegis Network Singapore, heading operations for eight of its network brands. She will continue to lead operations for Dentsu Singapore, having been credited with turning around the agency in her tenure since June 2013.
Audrey Kuah, previously CEO for Aegis Media Singapore, is now the chief client officer for Dentsu Aegis Network Southeast Asia, looking after development of non-Japanese clients.
Both will report into Dick van Motman, chairman and CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Southeast Asia.
Meanwhile, James Hawkins, who founded Dentsu Möbius about two years ago, has taken on the role of president of Dentsu’s digital capabilities in South and Southeast Asia.

Said van Motman on the new appointments, "As a regional leader it is always satisfying to see that all the right people are already on board and that implementing a new structure is only a matter of putting talent in the right place."
"We are blessed with a strong team and I’m looking forward to the future with great confidence."
