Micron Technology emerged as the Overall HREA Winner at the HR Excellence Awards 2026, Singapore, following a stellar performance that saw the semiconductor company triumph with an impressive 13 gold, two silver, and two bronze trophies.
The achievement was celebrated alongside leading HR professionals, people leaders, and organisations from across Singapore at a glittering gala held at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, on 25 September 2026 (Friday).
Now in its 14th edition, the HR Excellence Awards continues to recognise organisations that are raising the bar for HR, people management, and workplace transformation. This year’s winners showcased how forward-thinking HR teams are turning new ideas into meaningful outcomes for their people and businesses – setting new benchmarks for excellence along the way.
The 2026 edition also introduced three new categories to recognise the growing influence of technology and AI in the workplace:
- Excellence in AI-Enabled Workforce Transformation
- Excellence in Performance Management Evolution
- Excellence in the Use of Generative AI for HR
Across the winning entries, a clear theme emerged: the future of HR is not simply about adopting new tools, but about using innovation purposefully to create better outcomes for people and organisations.
