MGM awards one month’s salary as discretionary bonus to employees

The bonus will be distributed from 21 January 2026, covering about 95% of team members.

In recognition of employees' dedication and contributions throughout 2025, MGM has announced a discretionary bonus equivalent to one month’s salary for eligible team members.

The bonus will be distributed starting 21 January 2026, and is expected to benefit approximately 95% of team members.

“Reflecting on 2025, we carried forward the momentum of a new chapter by continuously optimising our innovative products and service experiences, achieving steady progress in our business development – all thanks to the dedication and hard work of our team,” said Pansy Ho, Chairperson and Executive Director of MGM China Holdings Limited, in an official statement.

“Looking ahead, MGM will continue to leverage its core strengths with an unwavering focus on our guests."

She added that the company remains committed contributing to Macao’s positioning as a world‑class tourism and leisure hub, and hopes to introduce more diversified tourism offerings.
