Malaysia’s Budget 2027 will be tabled on 9 October 2026 (Friday) at 3.30pm by Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim.

In a Facebook post, PM Anwar said the fifth MADANI Budget would continue efforts to strengthen the country’s economy while ensuring that economic growth translates into better quality of life for people.

He said growth alone was not enough if people continued to face pressure from rising living costs. The 2027 Budget will therefore focus on easing this burden, protecting the people, opening up opportunities, and ensuring the benefits of development are felt more fairly.
