Leading the people revolution: Winners of HR Excellence Awards 2025, Malaysia

CIBA VISION Johor (Alcon), IPG Mediabrands, and HSBC Electronic Data Processing (Malaysia), secured top honours from the judges for their commitment to HR excellence. 

CIBA VISION Johor (Alcon) stole the spotlight at the HR Excellence Awards 2025, Malaysia, taking home three gold, four silver, and three bronze trophies – securing the prestigious Overall HREA Winner title.

The eyecare device organisation celebrated its remarkable win alongside Malaysia’s top HR innovators at a glittering gala dinner on 10 October 2025 (Friday) at The Hilton Kuala Lumpur.

Now in its 13th year, the awards introduced an exciting new category – 'Excellence in Championing Women Leaders' – celebrating organisations that actively empower and elevate women into leadership roles.

With 41 diverse and enterable categories, this year’s awards spotlighted trailblazing achievements in recruitment, talent retention, leadership innovation, and employee engagement – a powerful reflection of Malaysia’s dynamic and ever-evolving HR landscape.
