With the advancements in technology, globalisation, and changing workforce demographics, it’s getting more competitive for organisations to recruit, develop and retain talent. The disruption is real. And it pushes CEOs and HR directors to change, innovate and adapt to the evolving HR landscape.

In a workforce survey conducted by Deloitte in 2016, it was found that nearly half of the participants chose company culture as being an extremely important element in choosing an organisation to work for. So, the question is, how prepared are organisations in evolving to some of these changes, and creating an engaging, vibrant and productive company culture?

The Intention
