HR Practitioner Appointments

Ervinah Kondiim is GCH Retail's new human resources manager (East Malaysia)Previously an assistant HR manager at Hilton WorldwideErvinah Kondiim has shifted roles and is now part of GCH Retail's human resources team. Kondiim is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and her new appointment was made effective from May 2016.

Mott MacDonald welcomes Caroline Thorley-FarrerAs of May this year, Caroline Thorley-Farrer has joined Mott MacDonald as the firm's new head of global mobility. Farrer is based in Singapore and prior to this, was working with British American Tobacco as regional head of mobility, AsPAC.

InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong adds Winnie Leung to its corporate directoryWinnie Leung is now part of the hotel's HR team as its senior human resources officer. Based in Hong Kong, Leung's new role was made official from May 2016. She was previously working at The Royal Garden.

Zuellig Pharma appoints Guat Lian LeeGuat Lian Lee will, as of May 2016, fulfill the responsibilities of a senior quality training manager at Zuellig Pharma. Working from Malaysia, she has moved on from being deputy general manager, quality assurance and regulatory affairs at DKSH Malaysia.

Shirley Cheong changes roles at Changi Airport GroupHaving joined Changi Airport Group in June 2012 as its assistant vice president, human resources, Shirley Cheong is now the company's assistant vice president of the people team. Operating from Singapore, her appointment was made effective from May of this year.

Bentley de Beyer rises up the ranks at Johnson & JohnsonHaving joined Johnson & Johnson as the vice president of human resources, Asia Pacific, Bentley de Beyer has, as of May 2016, been promoted to head of human resources at the firm's supply chain department. He has moved from Singapore and is now based in New Jersey.

GuoLine eMarketing announces changes to its HR teamNichollas Tan is part of the human resources and administration team at GuoLine eMarketing as of May 2016. He will continue to operate from Malaysia for this new role. Prior to this, Tan was a member of DRB-HICOM.

Shawn Tan joins CitibankEffective May 2016, Shawn Tan will be working under the capacity of recruiter at Citibank. Based in Singapore, Tan has previously worked as HR advisor, Southeast Asia at Roland Berger, and as an associate at Robert Walters.

TH Plantations employs Syahri AbdullahSyahri Abdullah has taken on a new position at TH Plantations and is now working in the company as its senior manager, regional HR & GA. His appointment was made effective from March 2016. Based in Indonesia, his responsibilities include managing and controling HR generalist activities such as recruitment, and compensation & benefits.

Achieve Group expands its talent acquisition teamWith effect from May 2016, Fairoz Khan has taken on the role of director of talent acquisition at Achieve Group. Prior to joining the HR agency, Khan was the branch manager, manufacturing and engineering at Adecco Malaysia. He works from Kuala Lumpur.

James HW Siew moves to Training Vision InstituteTraining Vision Institute has welcomed James HW Siew as director, consulting solutions. Having moved over from Cegos Asia Pacific, Siew continues to be based in Singapore. His appointment was effective from May of this year.

CXA Group names its regional head of client managementAs of May 2016, Steve McArthur has joined CXA group as its regional head of client management. Based in Singapore, McArthur previously used to work at Mercer under the designation of head of client management.

Jegan Tilak moves on from Spring ProfessionalAfter a stint at Spring Professional for slightly more than three years, Jegan Tilak is, as of May 2016, font's practice lead - technology. He is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Tilak has also worked at companies such as Kelly Services.

Joanna Rica Sena's latest position at Allegis Global SolutionsAllegis Global Solutions (Philippines) has named Joanna Rica Sena as its recruitment team lead (Australia Post) as of May this year. Sena joined the company in July 2013 from the Philippines, where she continues to be based. Before this, she was working under the capacity of reporting administrator/assessment services coordinator.

Seqirus gets a lead recruiterArun Wahab is, as of May 2016, managing the Asia Pacific recruitment for Seqirus, part of CSL Behring as a lead recruiter. He was previously working at the Flowserve Corporation as the company's recruitment lead - SEA Taiwan South Korea Australia New Zealand.

Steven Kong is now part of EMC CorporationJoining the firm as senior recruiter, Kong continues to be based in Shanghai city, China. His previous corporate experience includes roles in Moody's Corporation and FutureStep, a Korn Ferry company. His latest appointment came into effect from May 2016.

Robert Walters elevates Marie Lee to principle consultantIn conjunction with completing a three-year tenure at the recruitment and outsourcing company, Lee has been promoted from senior consultant to principle consultant. She focuses on hiring sales and marketing specialist roles, and continues to be based in Kuala Lumpur.

Mercer's new senior consulting managerAs of April 2016, Aries Li has moved on from being Mercer's senior sales consultant to the firm's new senior consulting manager. Prior to her stint at Mercer, Li was China Talent Group's sales and marketing director. Li is based in China.
