HR Excellence Awards 2022, Thailand: Meet the finalists

Get ready to celebrate excellence in HR as the highly-anticipated finalists for the HR Excellence Awards 2022, Thailand have been revealed.

Coming to you for the second year, Human Resources Online is proud to bring forth the #HRExcellenceAwards to honour Thailand’s best-in-class HR teams and individuals for their spectacular work across the HR function.

With 28 categories up for entry, the awards recognise teams and individuals who are resilient in pushing the boundaries of their people strategy. Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards will be awarded for every category.

The winners will be announced on 9 September 2022, at the very first in-person celebration in Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit, Thailand.

The Awards are judged by a panel of top HR leaders. This year, the panel includes senior HR professionals from Aditya Birla Chemicals, Ananda Development, B.Grimm Power, Boots Retail (Thailand), Cigna Insurance, Thailand, Medpark Hospital, Nestle Indochina, Sephora Thailand, SIG Combibloc, Thai Group Holdings (TGH) and many more.

One of the judges, Wassana Pongsirisart, Head of People Development & Culture – Asia, Lotus’s commented: "It’s great to see how great companies in Asia put a lot of emphasis on HR functions and build a diverse workforce. It is amazing to see how they creatively implement it."

Meanwhile, Matukorn Salyapongs, Country People and Organization Head, Novartis Thailand added that she was impressed by the submissions: "It was great to see how HR leadership and HR practices have been one of the critical parts of business success, employee wellbeing, and employee experiences. Congratulations to all HR teams for staying agile during this dynamic situation."
