Scaling up the structure of development programmes for high-potential employees starts with understanding their behaviour and motivation.

Another case study will analyse the components of a leadership training programme for high potentials. It will also explore the challenges that may arise during the process as well as the best practices that can be used for successful implementation.
A keynote presentation on executive leadership development and succession management will be held. This will cover the competencies and characteristics companies should look for in high potentials and unique approaches to talent development and succession management.
The keynote presentation on developing middle management capability will trace the process of customising L&D strategy and solutions to match specific strengths. The concepts of employee engagement and sustainable performance will be examined based on training & development. Also in this discussion are techniques managers can apply to drive engagement, productivity and rapport with other staff.
