Lim Chee Gay’s two decades of experience in human resource, manufacturing, information technology and supply chain has made him a sought-after global advisor in HR, management, leadership, LEAN and six Sigma.
Today, he is the chief human resources officer at AIA, applying his vast knowledge and experience in new human resources initiatives, transformation, business process reengineering and operational excellence at the country, regional and global level. Before working at AIA, Lim held management and board of director positions at Intel, Samsung and T-Systems.
Suzie Custerson, head of talent acquisition at Manulife, specialises in talent management, recruitment & resourcing and regional HR shared services operations, such as employee relations, learning, HR operations and payroll.
Her professional background includes 13 years in the banking and financial services industry, performing various HR and talent acquisition functions largely at ANZ Banking Group and Credit Suisse. Custerson holds a Master’s degree in Business Strategy & Innovation from Australia and a Business Degree from the UK.
Chan Mei Lynn carries more than 20 years of HR experience, ranging from consulting to corporate roles, as well as both generalist and specialist positions around Asia. She is now in charge of group organisational development and performance management at Maybank Group.
Before she became EVP of HR, Chan took several roles in group organisational development, governance & risk in human capital and performance management as well as business human capital partner roles with global wholesale bank and group technology. Chan graduated with a bachelor’s degree, majoring in Psychology, a post-graduate diploma in educational psychology, and a master’s in applied psychology from Australia.
