獲立法會通過的《條例草案》將於2025年6月6日刊憲。
立法會於2025年5月28日通過《2025年飛機乘客離境稅（修訂）條例草案》（《條例草案》），落實2025至26年度《財政預算案》的建議，把飛機乘客離境稅由每名乘客120元增加至200元。
新稅率適用於2025年10月1日或之後購買的機票，預計政府收入每年可增加約16億元。
政府發言人表示，在考慮增加飛機乘客離境稅時，已在增加收入和減低對乘客的影響之間作出平衡，有關增幅對飛機乘客的整體出行開支影響十分輕微。
獲通過的《條例草案》將於2025年6月6日刊憲。
