The payment, which will be on 25 September, is in addition to the company’s regular performance bonuses and employee benefits.
ERA Singapore will make one-off payments to all 156 employees at its headquarters, with employees who have worked at the company for at least a year to receive S$1,000, while those with less than 12 months’ service will receive S$500.
The company said the payout would be separate from its usual performance bonuses and employee benefits.
Marcus Chu, Chief Executive Officer of ERA Singapore and APAC Realty, said: "Good business performance should be shared with the people who make it possible. This special payment recognises the contributions of our 156 HQ staff and provides them with some practical support amid higher living costs.
"Our long-serving employees have grown with ERA through different market cycles. Their experience, commitment, and willingness to keep adapting have been important to our progress."
The company said a sizeable proportion of its corporate workforce has stayed with the business for several years, with around 44% of employees having been with ERA Singapore for more than five years, and 34% have served for over a decade.
ERA Singapore, which is operated by SGX-listed APAC Realty, has made similar special payments in the past. When APAC Realty listed in 2017, non-senior management staff received a one-month bonus. In 2021, all employees received a special one-month bonus following a period of strong performance, alongside a dividend payment to shareholders.
Beyond the cash payout stated to be made on 25 September 2026, ERA Singapore said it is investing in staff development as artificial intelligence becomes more widely used in the workplace. Employees will be given access to ChatGPT Enterprise tools, while an arrangement with NTUC LearningHub will provide AI-related training resources and programmes.
