Employee Healthcare Interactive returns in December

Following its huge success last year, Asia’s premier forum on corporate healthcare management will return in Singapore in December. Employee Healthcare Interactive 2016 will gather over 100 high-ranking HR leaders and compensation & benefits experts across the region in an exclusive invite-only interactive event to examine the hottest topics surrounding corporate healthcare and wellness strategies.

Employee Healthcare Interactive 2016, Asia’s largest compensation & benefits discussion, will take place in Singapore on 8 December at InterContinental Hotel.

“Employee Healthcare Interactive 2016 will present solutions to the drawbacks being experienced by HR practitioners in developing competitive healthcare initiatives,” said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources magazine. “The event will provide real-world examples and expert recommendations on how HR can develop, maintain, and enhance their healthcare plans amid internal and external challenges.”

Employee Healthcare Interactive 2016 is open only to director and VP-level in-house HR professionals. The most critical issues included in this year’s agenda are regulatory requirements, rising healthcare costs, the latest benefits designs, ROI in healthcare investment, data analytics, technological innovations, demographic dynamics, integrated healthcare and wellness strategy, and general best practices.

Past Employee Healthcare Interactive participants are senior HR leaders from major employers in the region, such as American Express, Barclays, Dell, Fonterra, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Mapletree, Mitsubishi, Rolls Royce, Segate and Walt Disney. All presenters & panellists are director or vice president level HR professionals with regional responsibility.

Human Resources magazine’s unique interactive roundtable format allows industry leaders to enjoy more comprehensive discussions and wider networking opportunities. In addition, Employee Healthcare Interactive will intensify participation through quality learning activities, such as keynote sessions, case studies presentation, and panel discussions.
