Employee Experience Awards 2023, Malaysia: And the winners are...

Nexperia Malaysia, Carlsberg Brewery Malaysia, Allianz Malaysia, and TDCX Malaysia won the big awards for leadership, learning, engagement, and talent acquisition respectively.

Thursday, 13 July 2023 marked an evening of cheers and celebration as we honoured the winners and finalists of the 3rd annual Employee Experience Awards in Malaysia!

Experience can make or break a culture. And while the awards given out tonight may have emerged from the challenges of the past, we recognise that progressive people practices are what's going to bring us into the future.

And to stay ahead of the curve, in this year's awards, we've continued to expand and enhance â€“ going beyond the original pillars of EX: Leadership, learning, and engagement, to introduce a fourth pillar: Talent acquisition. A total of 35 categories were awarded tonight, together with the four prestigious pillar trophies.

The awards were evaluated by a jury of accomplished HR leaders. This year, the panel included senior HR professionals from organisations such as Alcon, BAT Malaysia, HP Malaysia, Infineon Technologies, Novugen Pharma, and Sime Darby Healthcare.
